Why the machine is too expensive?
Yes, the cost is almost 2 times more than normal period. It is the market supply and demand relationship. Same as the order, the price of mask making machine is changed every day.
What are the payment terms?
100% T/T, 50% as deposit, the balance should be paid before loading.
How to acceptance machine?
You can acceptance your machine in my factory before loading, our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. We would like to pick up you at Guangzhou Baiyun airport. Welcome to visit us! Or we make a video for testing and send to you to confirm if you are able to come to my company.
How many days can I load the machine into the container?
15 days at least, this is the estimated data, it decided by the order we have. The order quantity we get is changed every day. But the earlier your pay for the deposit, the earlier you get the machine.
How about after sales service?
1, Our machine warranty is one year, all machine part can be replaced during warranty if broken (it doesn’t including man-made and normal consuming parts).
2, We will adjust the machine before we deliver to you.
3, English manual and Video for machine installing, using and maintaining to support during this period.
